Building Description
The developer partially demolished a former industrial laundry and built 21 new loft-style residential units less than a block from the Brookline Village MBTA stop. Twenty units were created in three new buildings and one unit was molded out of a preserved section of the previous building. An underground garage serves all units. The project was completed and sold out in 2002. The location is ideal with tons fo great restaurants within walking distance and is an easy commute to Longwood medical center and Downtown Boston via the Green-Line T stop just steps from your doorstep.
